Purgatory//Andro Dadian’s book presentation and performance

Andro Dadiani will present his poetry collection “Purgatory” to the readers.

The name of the book comes from Dante Alighieri’s poem “Divine Comedy” and the form of the performance is based on the same work. With an interactive performance, Dadian will recreate exactly the time section of Dante’s 3-day journey with Virgil. From 4:00 p.m. on April 10 to 4:00 p.m. on April 13 (taking into account the curfew) you have the opportunity to participate in the performance and travel with the poet to “Purgatory”, from where the road definitely leads to heaven.

The fee for the books sold during the performance will be transferred to cover the cost of education of a 20-year-old transgender girl, Lika Tskhondia.
The book can be purchased in the chain of stores “Byblus”, Artbeat gallery, The Why not gallery and Elene Abashidze’s shared space.
